UPDATE: government changes to telehealth. Due to the recent government announcement and changes as of July 20th, we will no longer be offering telehealth services to new patients. Not to worry though, we ask that you call us on 0473 003 868 to book an initial face to face appointment with the Dr. For current patients given the recent increase in COVID cases we do ask that you consider using telehealth for your appointments when possible please!
We have temporarily moved to prioritise TeleHealth consultations to ensure the safety of you and our staff. All consultations will be via telehealth. If during your telehealth consultation the doctor requests a face to face meeting with you, the doctor will discuss appointment availability for the same day and make an appointment on your behalf.

To reduce the risk of transmission, we ask that all patients to wait in their cars on arrival to the medical practice. Access to the practice is restricted. When you arrive at the clinic, either the Practice Nurse or GP will call you on your mobile phone to discuss any necessary health issues prior to your face to face consultation. Please be aware, that your temperature will be taken as you enter. We ask that you move promptly to and from the practice. This is to limit the amount of “face to face” time for both patients and staff.
